In accordance with EU Legislation 2016/679 from the European Parliament and the Council, of 27th April 2016, regarding the protection of physical persons with respect to personal data, which repeals the directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter GDPR) of the Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11th July, regarding the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (hereinafter LISS-EC), and of the Organic Law 0/2018, for the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights, NEO-DEPIL LASER S.L. guarantees the protection and confidentiality of personal data of any type provided to us by our clients, in accordance with the stipulations of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The Policy of Personal Data Protection implemented by NEO-DEPIL LASER S.L. fall under the principle of proactive liability , according to which the party responsible for the processing the data is liable for compliance with Spanish legislative and legal frameworks and is able to demonstrate such liability in front of the relevant governing bodies.

Purpose of data processing: What do we use your data for?

All information provided by our clients and/or visitors to the NEO-DEPIL LASER S.L. website or our staff, is included in our records of personal data processing activity, created and maintained under the responsibility of NEO-DEPIL LASER S.L. All data we require is necessary to effectively provide the services requested by users or to resolve the concerns or questions addressed to us by visitors. Our policy is not to create profiles of  our service users.

In accordance with the above, NEO-DEPIL LASER S.L. will continue to store personal data after your relationship with us, officially  blocked, for the period necessary to complete the actions resulting from the relationship.

Once officially blocked, your data is inaccessible to NEO-DEPIL LASER S.L., and will not be processed except to be made available to public administration authorities or the courts, for the attention of relevant responsibilities resulting from processing the data, or for the processing or response to claims to the Spanish Agency of Data Protection.
